We exchange goods at the car window, and can place them in the trunk or back seat upon request.
We deliver floral arrangements and gifts. Please order by 12:00 noon for same day delivery. Our delivery charge is $15. We work closely with clients for a flawless delivery experience.
Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to assist with exchanges and returns, as follows:
Unused items in original packaging, with tag attached, and accompanied by receipt, are accepted within 7 business days of purchase.
Store credits issued in lieu of cash.
Store credits are valid for 90 business days from date of purchase.
Exchanges and returns are NOT PERMITTED for the following:
No cash refunds
No exchange or return on SALE items.
No exchange or return of floral arrangements, live plants, or edible gifts
No exchange or return of white, cream or light colored soft furnishings (such as throw pillows, blankets, bedding, or other products made of light colored textiles)
Custom Gift Boxes
We would be delighted to customize a floral order or gift from our store.
For custom edible gifts (cake pops, confections, local gourmet chocolates), please allow 7 business days’ notice.
We can usually source add-ons like fine wines or liqueurs within two business days.
We provide complimentary gift wrapping and elegant gift boxing.
Please allow sufficient time to wrap multiple gifts, or bulky items.
Over the Christmas season, we employ temporary gift wrappers.
Ways to Pay
We accept cash, debit and major credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa.
We regret that we are unable to accept American Express.
We also accept payment over-the-phone. We do not retain credit card information on file.
We accept payment by Direct Deposit. Evidence of a completed bank transfer is required to complete your purchase or order. Please contact the store for our banking particulars.

Protecting Our Store
We continually disinfect all frequently touched surfaces. Our doors, display tables and pens are sanitized with a commercial grade, alcohol-based disinfectant. Our service counter is sanitized after each transaction, along with pens or any hard surfaces used in a transaction.
Staff sanitize their hands following each transaction.
We use aerosol disinfectants periodically to sanitize the air.
Our premises are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
Protecting Our Customers
We comply with requirements that masks must be worn by clients and employees in all public spaces.
We allow up to 5 customers in the store at any given time.
For floral deliveries, we seek specific instructions to minimize personal contact. Our delivery driver sanitizes his hands following each transaction.
Monitoring Our Health
In accordance with international best practices for retail environments, guests are scanned for temperature prior to admission to the store.
