During occasional phone or cable disruptions, we post alternate contact info on our Facebook page.
We also welcome walk-in orders at our store in the Old Fort Bay Town Center.
Floral Order Timelines
We require 24 hours notice (one business day) to design and deliver your custom floral arrangement.
The Green House is closed on Sundays, therefore orders placed on Saturdays are delivered on Mondays.
In order to fulfill floral orders during peak seasons, we recommend that you provide us with at least 14 days notice.
Use this guide as a rule of thumb:
For Valentine’s Day - By February 1
For Easter - By March 28 (Easter does not fall on a fixed date)
For Mother’s Day - By April 15
For Christmas - By December 10
For New Year’s - By December 15
If you wish to place an order but have missed the recommended order timeline,
feel free to call. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.
We require 7 days’ notice to customize add-ons such as edible gifts (cake pops, local chocolates, etc.), unless The Green House has planned for and publicized a special promotion featuring specific culinary products.
